At NeuroRadio, we respect your right to privacy. Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data from our systems. This is often referred to as the “right to be forgotten.”

If you would like us to remove your personal data, please complete the form below. Once we receive your request, we will:

Acknowledge your request within 72 hours.

Review and verify your identity (to ensure data is only removed for the correct individual).

Remove your personal data from our active systems, unless we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g., for tax or compliance purposes).

Confirm when your data has been erased.

Important Notes:

Submitting a removal request will not affect any services we are legally required to provide or records we must retain.

If you have an active subscription, data removal will also end your access to our services.

Some anonymised data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for analytical or reporting purposes.
