These Terms and Conditions govern your use of NeuroRadio.uk and any related services, including our online radio station, website, and social media channels (collectively, “NeuroRadio”). "NeuroRadio" refers to our 24/7 digital radio service, including all audio content and associated media.
"Business Listening Licence" refers to the paid, one-time lifetime access pass for commercial use.
"Personal Use" refers to individual listening via our free public channel.
"Affiliate" refers to any person or organisation participating in our affiliate programme.

NeuroRadio is free to stream for personal use via web or mobile. This includes listening at home or in non-commercial settings.

Business Use

Commercial or public use (e.g. offices, salons, gyms, wellness spaces, retail premises) requires a Business Listening Licence. This is a one-time payment granting lifetime access to:

4. Payments & Refunds

All Business Listening Licence payments are processed as a one-time charge. Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access granted, we do not offer refunds.

We encourage all users to explore our free stream before purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, please contact us. While no refunds are standard, we will always aim to resolve genuine issues fairly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on NeuroRadio is original and either owned or fully licensed for exclusive use. This includes music, guided meditations, spoken word segments, and any visual materials provided.

6. Affiliate Programme Terms

Our affiliate programme allows individuals and organisations to earn commission by promoting NeuroRadio Business Licences.

Commission Amount: £100 to £200 per confirmed sale.
Cookie Duration: 30 days from referral link click.
Payout Schedule: Commissions are reviewed and paid on the 15th of each month, covering the previous calendar month's earnings.
Refunded or cancelled sales are not eligible for commission.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke affiliate status at our sole discretion, especially in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.

6.1 NeuroRadio uses a “last referrer wins” attribution model for affiliate sales. This means that if a user clicks multiple affiliate links before making a purchase, the commission will be awarded to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently, provided the link is still within the tracking cookie period.

6.2 This policy ensures commissions are attributed to the affiliate who most directly influenced the sale. It also helps prevent duplicate commissions for the same transaction.

6.3 Affiliates are advised to remain proactive in their promotions to maximise their chances of earning commissions under this model.

6.4 Tracking is managed via the AffiliateWP system and is subject to the standard cookie duration, which may vary depending on the tier or type of affiliate account.

6.5 NeuroRadio reserves the right to adjust attribution policies in the future, with reasonable notice, to maintain fairness and system integrity.
